There is no better place to relax after a long day than at the B St Bungalows. A half mile walk to the beach, you can catch nightly sunsets, a drink at a local beach bar, or stroll on the beach south to Johns Pass for shopping, restaurants, and bars. Flexible lease lengths are available. Available furnished or unfurnished. Your unit is a bright and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow with your own front patio and parking enough for 2 vehicles. The living room includes a couch, Smart TV, and an entertainment center. The kitchen comes equipped with full sized appliances (stove/oven, fridge, and sink) plus a microwave, kettle, Keurig, toaster, pots/pans, and all the necessities for cooking and serving. Breakfast bar area includes space to dine and doubles as a laptop friendly working area. Your bedroom boasts a queen bed, 2 end tables, a dresser, and closet, plus entry to the bathroom with tub style shower. Off the bedroom is an exterior door that leads onto the outdoor entertaining space in the backyard. This shared area includes a paver patio with a large shade umbrella and comfy patio furniture, beach item storage, a shed for additional storage, and a grill for BBQs. Unlike many units around, the washer/dryer on-site is NOT coin operated. Washer and dryer are located on property for all tenants free of charge. Trash and fiber internet included. Tenants pay water and electric. Or, for short term renters, we can include all utilities for $2100/month. Additional details: - Smoking not permitted in the unit. There are various outdoor spaces where smoking is allowed. - Pets are allowed. Pets must be included in the lease agreement. Due to size of the units, no more than 1 large dog or 2 smaller pets will be allowed. Other dogs live on property, your pet must not be aggressive and must play well with other dogs. - Landlord does not require first and last month rent plus deposit! If you like the unit and want to proceed, it will only be a $35 application fee then deposit due at lease signing. First month rent payment due upon move-in. Flexible on lease length.
