The 4bd/2ba (2500 sq ft) unit is ideal for a large family or group. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, one kitchen, one laundry area, a wet bar, 5 streaming TVs, 2 full-size refrigerators, and 1 mini-refrigerator. There are 2 large dining tables in the expansive dining area, with a built-in coffee bar and generous built-in storage for dishes and housewares. A two-car carport belongs to this unit. The studio (678 sq ft) unit is ideal for a single person or couple. It includes a large walk-in closet, 1 bath, one detached dual kitchen and laundry, 1 streaming TV, 2 mini-refrigerators, and a deep-freezer. There is generous built-in storage and a desk. A garage and breezeway/patio belong to this unit. Owner pays for Internet, and all utilities (water, gas, electricity), Pool Service, Yard Service, and Pest Service. There are two central air conditioners in the house, and a ductless minisplit A/C in the largest bedroom (in the 4 bd/2ba unit). All beds are full or queen-size beds. Bed linens and towels are provided for all the bedrooms and bathrooms. One dog may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $250 refundable deposit and a pet agreement. The gardener leaves the green bin out for Monday morning pickup.
