Our guest apartment is located in the charming west village of Charlotte, Vermont. You'll find stunning views of the Adirondacks, sunsets, and Lake Champlain. 1,100 sq ft and a fully outfitted kitchen! Located in the center of our farming community, we're across the street from the Old Brick (general) Store; down the street from the Old Lantern, the ferry to NY, Lake Champlain, and Mt. Philo; and within an easy drive to Burlington and ski areas. Original timber beams throughout bring a cozy vibe to the open space. You'll find western views of the Adirondack Mountains, sunsets, and Lake Champlain just out the back windows especially visible from the second floor! The first-floor open living space boasts a kitchen with butcher-block countertops, an induction cooktop range, and a quiet Bosch dishwasher. It's stocked with all the dishes, cookware, bakeware, knives, and utensils you would need. A dining table, comfortable seating area with TV, and a full-size desk complete the first floor. Enjoy a small deck with a bistro table for two just outside French doors. The second floor is a large open space with both a king bed and a twin bed. Located off the room is a bathroom with shower stall, washer, and dryer. We have plenty of towels and linens. Guests will have full access to the guest apartment. You'll also have full access to three acres of grounds and two parking spaces. All utilities, maintenance, and furniture included. Available by the month from 1/1/24 until 4/30/24. Monthly lease available only 1/1/24 through 4/30/24. Owner lives in the main residence on the property. Owner pays all utilities and maintenance.
