I am looking for short-term guests for my cozy condo that has 2 bedrooms with a master bedroom between Sept 25 and Nov. 21st, 2023. It's fully furnished and it would be a lovely home for students, medical travelers, traveling nurses, and anyone who will stay in Portland. It's so close to Bethany Village, Kaiser, OHSU & Providence. Bright, spacious, silent, free parking, in the middle of nature,& 15 min away from Downtown. 5 min. walking distance to Portland Community College Rock Creek Campus (bus #67) and green belts & hiking trails. 15 min walking distance to Safeway & QFC. The monthly rent is $1800 for the entire condo/unit. Deposit is $1000. The pet fee is $200. No smoking allowed. Electricity and internet costs less than $100/ month and it is the tenant/renters responsibility
