9th floor ocean front view condo in popular Ocean Reef Resort. Balcony boasts beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a one-room condo with a kitchenette (full refrigerator, range, microwave, sink), dining table and full bathroom. There are two queen beds, a dresser, flat screen TV with cable and a roku. Utilities are included. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good! This would make a a perfect winter rental for a single person or a couple. Please note: There is no couch, however there are a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in while you relax and watch TV. The unit is tastefully decorated as well. This is a vacation rental and will not be available monthly after February. Utilities included. One time cleaning fee of $250 plus refundable damage deposit due with rental fee REQUIRED: copy of ID, STR agreement MAY BE REQUIRED: proof of income, background check, rental references, taxes This is a vacation rental, not to be used to receive mail, packages or establish residency Resort has the right to limit use of restaurants/bars on site and laundry facilities, though this has not been an issue to date.
