AVAILABLE FOR A WINTER RENTAL - SEPTEMBER 1st - MAY 17th The condo comes equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony over looking the swimming pool area, and everything you and your family need to have the most memorable vacation. As you walk into the condo, you'll find a grand layout with a fully equipped kitchen. You'll find a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and three twin beds in a loft area overlooking the living room on your way up a spiral staircase. The units are meticulously cleaned and sanitized between guests. Each guest receives a clean set of linens. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the whole unit, especially on high touch surfaces. To complete the application you would need to supply Palmetto Vacation Rentals with a Valid Photo ID, Social Security Card, and a Consent Form to Run the Criminal and Credit Checks. **Once Approved you will need to supply Palmetto Vacation Rentals with your *Most recent paystub or proof of income *1st months' Rent, Security Deposit in the amount of the 1st Months' Rent, Housekeeping Fee's, Processing Fee's, and Non-Refundable Protection Deposit due at lease signing.
