We have a total of 36 one bedroom units and 8 two bedroom units available for rental. All of our units are conveniently located on the ground floor, ensuring easy accessibility for all residents. We welcome households with a member who is 62 years or older, as well as those with a disabled or handicapped adult member of any age. In order to cater to the specific needs of our residents, we have a limited number of units that are handicapped adapted and wheelchair accessible. Rental Assistance for Qualified Households - Limited Number of Slots Available - Section 8 Certificates Accepted We understand that financial circumstances may vary, and we strive to provide assistance to qualified households. We have a limited number of rental assistance slots available, ensuring that everyone has access to affordable housing options. Additionally, we gladly accept Section 8 certificates issued from local Housing Authorities. Appliances and Laundry Facilities - Kitchen Furnishings Provided - Washer/Dryer Connections and Onsite Laundry Facility To make your move to Timber Ridge Apartments as convenient as possible, we provide essential kitchen appliances in all our units. Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator and range, although we do not have a dishwasher or disposal available. While washer/dryer connections are not provided within the units, we do have an onsite laundry facility for all residents to use. This allows you to easily take care of your laundry needs without the hassle of traveling to a laundromat. Application Process and Fee - $15 Fee per Applicant To begin your journey towards becoming a resident at Timber Ridge Apartments, we require a completed application. There is a $15 fee per applicant, which covers the processing and administration costs associated with the application.
